- Personal care items that have been opened cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Processing Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for shipping the item back to us. After we receive and inspect the product, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Exceptions
- Sale or promotional items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
- Opened or used personal care products cannot be returned.
